A gamer, crafts lover, and budding cosplayer, she draws her chaotic range of musical influences from a blend of her father's musicianship and her own early, unrestricted internet access. The punchy name VINKU is a nod to these digital roots, originating from an old gamer tag.

A love for artists ranging from Topi Sorsakoski to horsegiirL and Hatsune Miku pushed her behind the decks in 2024. She eventually bought a controller with a friend – a partnership that soon evolved into the internet-obsessed silly4eva collective.

This DJ fills a specific void in the local scene: the need for music that prioritises playfulness. VINKU prefers the bouncy rhythms of donk, happy hardcore, and J-core, blending faster basslines with trance influences. Her sets feature lighthearted, danceable music designed to catch the crowd off guard with familiar hooks.
